Choosing your carpet
Think about how the room is used, the feel you prefer and the colours already in your home. Ask the team about available carpet ranges, suitability for stairs and busy spaces, and care requirements.
A measured quote for your rooms
Our complimentary measuring and planning visit helps establish the quantity required. Your quote and payment arrangement depend on your chosen flooring and measurements; ask what is included and whether a pre-fitting balance applies.
Preparing for fitting
Clear furniture and remove existing flooring before your fitting appointment. Discuss underlay, grippers, door bars, disposal and any door alterations with the team so you know what is included and what you need to arrange.
