Compare real samples
Room photographs are inspiration, rather than an inventory of products. During your home visit, compare the actual colours and designs available and ask about their suitability and care requirements.
Plan the preparation
The subfloor for vinyl needs to be smooth, level and in good condition. Discuss any preparation work and its cost before agreeing your order. For kitchens, ensure appliances are removed as required for fitting.
Choose your payment arrangement
Your total and payment amounts depend on the product and measurements. Ask about weekly or monthly arrangements, any pre-fitting balance and the fitting charge paid directly to the fitter.
